One out of ten seniors in India are victims of elder abuse. Worldwide at least 44 million people are living with dementia, making this condition a global health crises that must be addressed.  In India, more than 6 million people have some form of dementia.

Our community center serves as a place of refuge for many of the elderly. We offer not only a place of dwelling but various programs and activities that will bring joy too. They will have a sense of community by being with like-minded friends where they can thrive.

 

YBBI works to bring back the joy of those  who come to us. We do so by social events, lunches, gardening, fellowship, and so much more.
